MailGoblin provides email list cleaning and validation services. Our service validates email addresses for syntax errors, domain validity, and mailbox existence to improve email deliverability rates.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have permission to validate the email addresses you submit
• You agree not to use our service for spam or unsolicited email activities
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our service

4. Payment and Billing

Payment is due according to the billing cycle you select. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously. Email data is processed securely and deleted after 30 days. We do not sell, share, or use your email data for any purpose other than validation.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive for 99.8% accuracy, email validation results are not guaranteed. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued and any remaining credits will be forfeited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
